Josh provided critical support in the planning and installation of a complete rebuild of our District’s network infrastructure. It included building out robust security policies on our firewall, replacement of our network switches and wireless access points, and moving failing on-prem servers to cloud-based solutions. He was very knowledgeable, well organized, and easy to work with throughout the process.
We have worked as a team through a challenging time when dramatic changes occurred almost weekly, and I can say with certainty we would not have been able to accomplish anything close to what we have without Josh. He has been someone I have relied on since the beginning to rebuild the IDPH infrastructure from the ground up.
